Ammar is a seasoned sustainability strategist and regenerative agriculture consultant, with over 18 years of experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), natural farming, and rural transformation. His professional journey bridges the corporate world and grassroots communities, where he has worked extensively with farmers, FPOs, SHGs, and Panchayati institutions to build resilient agricultural ecosystems. As an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Agriculture, in Shri Vishwa Karma Skill University Ammar brings academic rigor to his fieldwork. He is a practitioner of Permaculture & Regenerative Agriculture , integrating traditional Indian wisdom with modern ecological design principles like permaculture and climate-smart regenerative systems. He has led large-scale national programs on nutrition gardens, soil regeneration, and community-based farming models, and now envisions Agribits as a unified platform to catalyze sustainable, tech-enabled, decentralized food and resource systems.

Gaurav's early life was spent in Lakhimpur Kheri (Terai UP) and in Dehradun (Uttarakhand). After graduating in Commerce from Pune University in 2005, he worked for 8 years in the field of Adventure sports and Experiential Education. He also established an outdoor gear brand, Adventure Compass, importing & manufacturing high-quality mountaineering & outdoor gear for the Indian Armed Forces, adventure sport enthusiasts, and professionals. In 2015, after being introduced to Permaculture and Regenerative Design Thinking, Gaurav worked under the mentorship of Narsanna ji for two years at Aranya Agricultural Alternatives in Telangana, India. Currently, Gaurav works full-time as an Ecological Landscaper with a strong focus on land design, watershed management, and integrated farming models that include agroforestry, food forests, medicinal & food crops, animals & aquaculture. He has worked on numerous projects covering 500+ acres since 2015. In the near future, he is setting himself to live on a farm, running a nature park, & a regenerative business providing for his income and other needs.
